Dr. Deepak Chopra said that the average human being has
about 60,000 thoughts in a day. "Unfortunately", he
continued, "over 95% of them are the same thoughts they had the
previous day - {and the day before that and so on]. As a result of [socially]
conditioned responses, we structure a certain perceptual reality that
results in a certain mode of expression that remains constant, [day
after day after day]" Now consider the implications of this in the
context Dr. Kathy Goff gives us in her book Everyday Creativity, "Creativity
has been described as the most basic manifestation of a man or woman
fulfilling his/her own being in the world."
This search for our essential authenticity, what many call our
"spirit", is driving the emerging new view of life and reality -
and creativity is the means by which we can achieve it.

simply to challenge the prevailing assumptions with a single
question: Why? and to put the same questions relentlessly to those
responsible for the current way of doing things until they are
sick of it."
